Arch Beach Heights
If view is a priority Arch Beach Heights may just be the place for you. The homes are positioned to take maximum advantage of the incredible ocean views facing north are views of Newport Beach and Rancho Palos Verde, south facing is San Clemente and across the horizon to the cliffs of Santa Catalina Island.
Moulton Meadows Neighborhood Park is a perfect place to let the children run around, walk the dog and meet friends. Enjoy amazing sunsets from your home and deck, leave the car at home and hop on the local bus that will drop you off downtown. Arch Beach Heights is also more affordable than other areas in Laguna so well worth a visit.
North Laguna offers a mix of larger homes, cottages and condos that line the coast along Heisler Park. The tree named streets in particular are coveted for their wide open roads and convenient walking distance to the beach and downtown area. The close proximity to Newport Beach, Orange County airport and the freeway make this one of Laguna’s most desired locations.
From Main Beach south to Cress Street, the village is a mix of residential family homes, shopping, restaurants, galleries and of course the beach. A perfect location to leave your car behind and enjoy the ability to walk everywhere. You can also take advantage of the free trolley that runs all summer long through out Laguna.
Many of Laguna’s longtime artists live and work in the canyon. It is famous for being home to The Laguna Playhouse, The Pageant of the Masters, The Sawdust Festival and the Festival of the Arts. The canyon is a step back in time; it hosts the Art College, the animal shelter and the dog park. Many local businesses are located on Laguna Canyon Road.
South Laguna has a village feel of its own, quaint cottage style, and larger homes, it has a laid back feeling of a less hurried era. Close proximity to the former Treasure Island location that now boasts the Montage resort, a beautiful addition to Laguna Beach, with its beach access and lovely walking trails.

Locally known as T.O.W, this is my neck of the woods, home to Top of the World Elementary School, a great family neighborhood. There are tennis courts, sports playing fields, parks and walking trails, Fantastic views of the ocean and the canyon. Some thing for every one to enjoy.
Woods Cove is a stunning neighborhood filled with character and history. Beautiful homes, charming cottages and exceptional gardens are in abundance. Locals love the diversity of this location, from ocean views, dramatic hillsides, and some of the most enchanting homes Laguna Beach has to offer. Meet friends and enjoy the free concerts that Bluebird Canyon Park hosts all summer long. Woods Cove is the area where former Hollywood legends vacationed and maintained second homes.
Take the scenic meandering road of Temple Hills Drive, up towards Top of the World, reminiscent of a European vacation. The character of these aesthetically pleasing homes leads you to the many hidden streets that line this route. The views are incredible, cool ocean breezes,and all within easy reach of neighborhood schools.
Irvine Cove is a private gated beach community located just north of Emerald Bay. Commanding views of Newport Beach, Rancho Palos Verde and Catalina Island are everywhere you look. Enjoy the stretch of Crystal Cove Beach and the sense of history it has preserved. While being protected by the California State Park you are almost assured a forever ocean view.
The small and exclusive gated community of Lagunita sits quietly between Victoria Beach and Blue Lagoon. With less than 100 residents, it has a true small town feel. It is conveniently nestled only a few minutes stroll to the prestigious Montage Resort and Spa and near by restaurants.
